Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and campaign parameters, collected through server logs, first-party cookies and analytics tools.

To respond to your request, schedule assessments, send information you asked for, understand how the site is used and improve it, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage and a first-party cookie to remember your framework selection and the campaign that brought you here. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work. Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify and protected by Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored by Netlify and delivered to us. Spam protection is provided by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Your rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for doing so. Submit a request through the contact form or by calling (714) 441-2900. We will verify your identity before responding, within 45 days.

Retention and security

Form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond and for our business records. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
